Corn Jelly, simple delicious dessert.
It consist of:
Gelatin powder (jelly powder)
Cream of corn
I dissolved the gelatin powder and sugar in 10 cups of water and let it boil.
Then I added cream of corn, evaporated milk, condensed milk and pinch of salt.
I added cornstarch mixture ( 5 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
I continuously stirred the mixture and let it simmer on low heat until slightly thickened.
Then I transferred it in molds. Let it cool and harden.
This is my finished Corn Jelly (Maja Jelly). I have put grated cheese on top.
