COFFEE JELLY
Coffee Jelly is one dessert that I find it really delicious.
I love the combination of coffee and sweet cream.
For me, the creamier the better.
It is an easy to make gelatin dessert.
Simply dissolve gelatin and sugar in water and let it boil.
Put off the fire and mix in coffee. Pour it into pan or flat container and wait till it hardens. Afterwards slice it into cubes.
In another bowl, combine condensed milk and all-purpose cream.
Add the cubed coffee gelatin to creamed mixture. Let it cool.
And its done.
Enjoy!
SAUTEED OKRA IN TUNA
A very quick and simple recipe that is delicious and healthy.
I simply sauteed garlic, onion and tomatoes.
Then I add in the tuna and slices of okra.
I used canned tuna which is available in most supermarkets.
Let is simmer until the okra is soft. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Then its done!

SIOMAI
Siomai is a traditional steamed Chinese dumpling which is usually made by filling siomai/wonton wrappers with pork, beef, shrimp or combination of both. My family love this yummy food so I gave it a thought of making it myself as the ingredients are easily available in the market. Thank God it turned out good and tasty and without fail! I have made it several times already. Here below is my homemade PORK SIOMAI.
Ground pork, shredded/grated carrots and turnips, spring onion, finely chopped onion…
Add eggs…
Add bread crumbs and oyster sauce…
Mixed everything… wrap in siomai/wonton wrappers and the steam it…
Sorry, haven’t taken the shot of wrapping it in wrappers. Anyway, here is the finish siomai!
Siomai is usually dipped in soy sauce or chili garlic sauce.
